Order Conditions

• The product is sole as a pack of 6 items.
• Price shown behind item name is the price per item and price in item detail is the price per pack.
• Order 1 qty for 6 items and 2 qty for 12 items and so on.
• The first order is either charged or shipped COD (Cashiers check or money order only). We accept all credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover).
• Credit card numbers and the billing/shipping address are required at the time your order is placed.
• The shipping fee will be based on UPS Shipping Rate and will be added before the payment is charged.

Payment Terms

• Payment won't be made until the package is handed to UPS and the shipping fee is calculated.
• Net 30 terms will be granted upon credit approval.
• Any past due will be charged to your credit card if we do not receive the payment within 14 days after the due date.
• When paying by check, if it is dishonored for any reason, the $30 extra processing fee will be automatically applied to the customer.

Return Policy

• Any returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization.
• All return claims must be made within 14 days of receipt and must be returned within 10 days after approval (no exception).
• All merchandises must be returned in original package and in original condition along with the label intact.
• Items returned (except defective items) without any cause will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee.

Back Orders

• All out of stock items that are not discontinued will be automatically added to back orders and will be shipped once available.
• Back orders that are less than $50 will be automatically canceled unless customers notify.

Closeout Items

• All closeout items are final sale. No returns will be accepted.
• When ordering closeout items, we will send you the best assortment of colors and sizes available.

Your Own Design

• When ordering your own designs, minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per item and minimum 20 pieces per color.
• If you want to stitch your own labels, you must supply us with the labels you want to attach.
• We take 40% deposit on the first day of the order and 60% on the day of the shipping.
• Your own designs are not returnable.
• It will take about 20-30 days, depending on the quantity.
